Zeta Global FZCO is seeking an experienced Cook with expertise in vegetarian cuisine.
The role focuses on fresh, healthy, hygienic, and high-quality meals, including preparation, presentation, and service.
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and suitability.

Workplace
- The position is full-time and based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
Kitchen responsibilities
- Prepare daily vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Specialize in North Indian and South Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Prepare Continental, Chinese, and Italian dishes when required.
- Maintain taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency standards.
- Prepare meals for guests, meetings, and special occasions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
- Manage ingredients, food storage, and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food waste and maintain food-handling standards.
- Follow dietary preferences and meal requirements.
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of professional cooking experience or more.
- Have strong knowledge of Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Have professional experience in food preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Be able to work independently and maintain a high standard of service.
- Be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, well-mannered, and disciplined.
Preferred experience
- Knowledge of Continental, Chinese, and Italian cuisine is advantageous.
- Experience in a professional or private-service environment is preferred.
- UAE experience is advantageous.
