The Culinary Team Cooks are primarily responsible for the preparation, assembly and cooking of food items for a specific kitchen station. The Cooks assist with inventory and ordering for their particular station and with the cleanliness and organization of the entire kitchen. The Cooks will promote the Parq Casino facility and act as a positive role model and representative of Blau & Associates.
