Role Description

  • We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operational excellence, drive organizational performance, and support the execution of the company’s strategic vision.
  • This role is responsible for managing day to day operations, improving business processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • The COO will work closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams to establish operational priorities, develop scalable processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support organizational growth, efficiency, and long term success.
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, establish operational frameworks, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional teams and promote collaboration across business functions.
  • Establish operational goals, performance metrics, and reporting structures to monitor organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop scalable operating models that support business expansion and organizational agility.
  • Evaluate operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments and business units.
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, human resources, sales, and product teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standards to improve efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, organizational strategy, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, and organizational management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a data driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management principles.
  • Knowledge of operational frameworks, business process improvement methodologies, and organizational development practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with executives, employees, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving organizational priorities.
