About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other contracts related to real estate transactions
- Conduct legal due diligence to identify any potential risks or legal issues related to property transactions
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for property transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout the conveyancing process
- Facilitate the transfer of property ownership, including managing the transfer of funds, coordinating with banks and financial institutions
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions and related legal matters
- Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- UAE driving license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Arabic speaking is a BIG advantage
- Can join immediately (or at least able to negotiate the 1 month notice)
