About the Role
A data-driven organization is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to lead website and digital experience optimization initiatives. The role involves developing CRO strategies, designing A/B tests, analyzing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies aligned with organizational objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Analyze customer journeys, website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiments.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI design, engineering, marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams to implement optimization initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, AOV, CAC, CLV, cart abandonment, and revenue per visitor.
- Conduct user research, heatmap analysis, session recordings, customer surveys, and usability testing.
- Develop landing page optimization strategies and conversion focused content recommendations.
- Manage experimentation roadmaps, testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ensure accurate implementation of analytics platforms, event tracking, conversion tracking, and tag management.
- Prepare executive dashboards, optimization reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, product analytics, UX optimization, growth marketing, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing experimentation programs or cross functional digital teams preferred
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer journey mapping, UX, behavioral analytics, and experimentation methodologies
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications in Google Analytics, Google Optimize, UX, Digital Marketing, or Conversion Optimization advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, product analytics, UX optimization, growth marketing, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing experimentation programs or cross functional digital teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer journey mapping, UX, behavioral analytics, and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, CRM platforms, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media, product management, marketing automation, personalization platforms, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) advantageous.
- Strong analytical, statistical, strategic thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
