Team and Product

Client Engagement and Advisory

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic client accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions covering client architectures, pain points, and business objectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design scalable, production-ready solutions with client architects and internal engineering teams.
• Advise on microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Review client system designs, identify risks, and recommend best practices.

Proofs of Concept and Demos

• Rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concepts for real-world client use cases.
• Deliver polished, technically rigorous demos tailored to client technology stacks and business domains.
• Maintain reusable demo assets and reference implementations.

Workshops and Collaboration

• Design and facilitate technical workshops, hackathons, and onboarding bootcamps.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and integration guides.
• Surface product gaps and feature requests to internal product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product on technical go-to-market strategy.

Core Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot for production-grade microservices.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, Kafka, event sourcing, CQRS, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with microservices design, API design, resiliency patterns, and observability.
• Proficiency across multi-cloud environments, with AWS as the primary platform and working knowledge of Azure and GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Emerging and Additional Technology

• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration tools is advantageous.
• Practical understanding of LLM integration patterns, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application design is advantageous.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps, open-source contributions, public technical content, or startup and high-growth SaaS environments is advantageous.
• Relevant cloud certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of software engineering experience, including significant client-facing, solutions engineering, or field engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Ability to travel 20 to 30 percent on average.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Financial services experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• The disclosed wage range estimate is $134,500 to $265,100.
• Eligible employees may participate in a discretionary annual incentive program subject to its governing rules.
