Control Systems Engineer

The Role
Developing preventative, predictive and reactive activities to support reliable control systems operation
Analysing machine performance and implementing system improvements to optimise reliability and efficiency
Supporting automation, control systems and continuous improvement projects across the site
Troubleshooting PLCs, automation equipment and control systems to minimise downtime and improve performance
Ensuring all modifications to plant and equipment comply with established Change Management processes
Collaborating with engineering, maintenance and operational teams to improve asset performance and production outcomes
What you'll bring
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation or a related discipline
Experience working within manufacturing, automation or discrete manufacturing environments
Experience and knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation and control technologies
The ability to obtain a QLD Explosives Security Clearance (including National Police Check)
