Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience developing embedded software, controls software, or BMS software.
Experience with C/C++ software development for embedded systems.
Experience with software design, implementation, debugging, and testing.
Understanding of battery management systems, lithium-ion batteries, and battery system operation.
Familiarity with controls development methodologies and model-based design concepts.
Experience with software verification and validation activities.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Private U.S. manufacturer of custom and standard lithium-ion battery packs, chargers, and power supplies for global OEMs.
