Job Summary
The Controls Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates resource activities for corporate development projects and/or sustaining engineering to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within quality targets.

Essential And Primary Duties
- Leads controls engineering activities for new product development and/or sustaining projects, ensuring electrical and firmware capabilities meet product and organizational needs.
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards throughout product development and sustaining activities.
- Develops and improves electrical and firmware engineering standards, processes, and procedures to increase quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational capability.
