MTS Solar Portal LLC is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of Operations and Administration for a central leadership role covering operations, controlling, finance, and HR.
The position is full-time, based in Dubai, requires at least three years of professional experience, and is not remote.

The company is expanding and building its internal structures.
Operations and Team Leadership
- Take overall responsibility for operational processes and internal workflows.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to employees in administration, finance, and operations.
- Structure, optimize, and scale work processes.
- Coordinate between management, sales, finance, and external partners.
Controlling and Finance
- Build and develop controlling processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and management reports.
- Conduct profitability analyses, business cases, and KPI tracking.
- Work closely with accounting, tax advisers, and auditors.
HR and Organization
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee support.
- Manage employment contracts, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure employment law, visa, compliance, and authority processes in the UAE.
- Develop and implement HR policies and a sustainable company culture.
Strategic and Management Tasks
- Support management with strategic decisions.
- Prepare decision-making and management materials.
- Build structures, standards, and internal policies.
- Support company growth from an operational perspective.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, management, finance, HR, or a comparable field.
- At least three years of professional experience in a leading, cross-functional role.
- Experience in operations, controlling, and HR, ideally in a high-growth company.
- Strong numerical understanding, analytical ability, leadership, organization, and assertiveness.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality.
- Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel; ERP or CRM experience is advantageous.
- Very good German and business-fluent English language skills.
- Willingness to work in Dubai.
