DEVELOPMENTAL SKILLS

• To successfully perform this job, an individual must obtain certain skills, which will allow him/her to enhance the necessary work performance in relation to the essential duties and responsibilities.

• As a supervisor or manager at CCL Industries, one must professionally always present his/herself. Continually developing the staff that works with and for them.
• Directly supervises 5 employees in the Accounting Department.
• Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• To perform this position successfully, an individual must understand word processing, spreadsheets, and/or graphics. These may include Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
