ALOM is seeking an experienced and strategically focused Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, and accounting operations across our U.S. locations.

This position is critical to supporting the company’s continued growth, enhancing financial systems and controls, and providing meaningful financial insights to operational and executive leadership.

The Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative, hands ‑ on financial leader who excels in a dynamic, multi ‑ site environment.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, cost accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month ‑ end close activities
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and standardized financial procedures
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis staff with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing salient insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, program management and external partners, suppliers and customers to support cost efficiency initiatives and margin improvement
• Manage annual financial audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Support ERP system enhancements, reporting improvements, and automation initiatives
• Support Treasury activities, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and related financial requirements
