The Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and profitability of our business units through accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and management of our A/P and A/R functions.
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and project and manufacturing costing.
This role is responsible for leading high-performing A/P and A/R functions capable of supporting a complex project-based manufacturing and construction environment.
Expertise in financial accounting, reporting and systems is crucial in driving informed decision-making and optimizing project & overall financial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a practical understanding of manufacturing operations, construction projects, job costing, WIP, inventory, and project profitability.
