We are seeking a client-focused Controller to lead a portfolio of clients while overseeing the performance of our accounting team.

This is not a back-office reporting role — it is a leadership position combining strategic financial oversight with operational accountability.

You will own financial leadership for your clients, ensure the quality and integrity of reporting, and lead, coach, and elevate a team of bookkeepers and senior accountants.

You will drive process improvements, operational excellence, and be accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

In this role, you are both the financial brain and the operational backbone.
