Controller

We seeking an experienced and hands-on Corporate Controller to lead the company's accounting operations and financial reporting functions.

This individual will oversee all corporate accounting activities, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and support the continued growth of a fast-paced utility-scale solar EPC and development company.

The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, experience managing multi-entity organizations, and thrives in a dynamic environment supporting engineering, construction, development, project finance, and executive leadership.

in construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based industries is highly preferred.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple entities and subsidiaries.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and consistency across all accounting functions.
• Produce financial reporting packages for executive leadership, lenders, and investors.
• Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors.

• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team while establishing scalable processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
