The group includes production facilities, a growing fleet, and a precast manufacturing operation.
Role Overview
The Controller leads financial operations across multiple companies in the Materials Supply Segment.
The role partners with ownership, operational leadership, the finance team, and other businesses and branches.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring financial rigor, responsiveness, and close involvement with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and manage, mentor, and develop up to 10 accounting reports.
- Communicate financial information and insights to management and ownership.
- Prepare and oversee consolidated financial reporting across the group.
- Analyze operating results against budgets and forecasts, including cash flow, revenues, expenses, and balance sheet items.
- Prepare financial statements, summaries, cost-benefit analyses, reports, and financial metrics.
