• Licence en comptabilité/finance ; le titre de CPA est un plus.
• 4 à 7 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité, y compris en comptabilité analytique dans le secteur industriel (une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique est un atout).
• Capacité avérée à mettre en place des bonnes pratiques en matière de concepts et de procédures standard dans le domaine de la comptabilité et de la finance
• Expérience pratique en comptabilité analytique et en évaluation des stocks.
• Maîtrise avancée de SAP (configuration financière, reporting, modules FI/CO appréciés) et excellentes compétences en Excel.
• Tu adoptes une approche axée sur les solutions et tu es prêt à assumer de nouvelles responsabilités dans un environnement en pleine croissance
• Tu possèdes de solides compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles, en organisation, en gestion du temps et en analyse
• Expérience dans la gestion des audits, la coordination fiscale et les contrôles internes.

We are seeking a hands-on accounting leader to support financial operations, controls and cost accounting for our pharmaceutical manufacturing subsidiary.

Responsible for month‑end close, reporting, inventory & cost accounting, cash management, and partnering with leadership and operations.

• Support month‑end and year‑end close; prepare departmental financials, consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and compliance procedures.
• Perform and oversee cost accounting: standard costing, inventory valuation, COGS reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory accounting and related journal entries.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Drive budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis; partner with operations, R&D and commercial to explain drivers and identify savings.
• Coordinate external audits, tax support and regulatory reporting requirements as needed.
• Participate as the financial lead in optimizing the ERP/accounting systems (SAP) support system configuration, month‑end automation and KPI/reporting development.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX reporting and provide operational guidance to ensure profitability and effective budget management
• Coordinate the annual budget and forecast process

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 4–7 years progressive accounting experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing (pharmaceutical environment an asset).
• Proven ability to build best practices in standard concepts and procedures within the accounting and finance field
• Hands‑on cost accounting and inventory valuation experience.
• Advanced SAP experience (finance configuration, reporting, FI/CO modules preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
