Operate, monitor, and maintain control instruments and machinery to ensure peak performance.
Respond to emergencies with confidence, following established protocols and procedures.
Collaborate and mentor outside operators, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
Meet production start-up schedules and process specification changes safely and efficiently.
Conduct inspections of critical process points, identifying and resolving anomalies quickly.
Perform troubleshooting, fieldwork, and report issues to shift managers and maintenance engineers.
Record and maintain operational data, test results, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure products meet quality specifications and regulatory standards.
Actively participate in health, safety, and environmental programs, promoting a culture of safety.
Support maintenance activities and take part in continuous learning and training programs.
Take on additional duties that support team and operational success.
3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate is an asset; 4th Class considered.
Minimum 2 years of industrial experience.
