Under the direction of the Director of Technical Services, the Control Systems Manager serves as the organization's lead resource Subject Matter Expert for Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls integration, controls programming, and controls-related product initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting Service, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations while establishing the foundation for Systemair's future controls organization.
The successful candidate will combine practical BAS programming experience with strong project coordination and customer-facing skills. They will support controls-related troubleshooting, develop and maintain programming standards, assist with product integration initiatives, review controls strategies and sequences of operation, and provide technical leadership across the organization. While initially functioning as an individual contributor, this position is intended to evolve into the leadership role for a future controls team as Systemair's controls capabilities continue to expand.
