Overview
- First: Managing and Processing Real-Time System Notifications and Alerts
- Responding to Suspected Accidents/Emergencies: Immediately contacting the driver to verify their safety and the truck's condition and documenting the incident. If there is no response, the nearest driver in the geographical area is dispatched for rapid intervention.
- Managing Speeding Violations: Immediately intervening by directly contacting the driver to compel them to reduce speed immediately, while documenting the deviation in the system logs.
- Monitoring Driving Hour Compliance: Tracking continuous driving periods and requiring drivers to take a complete break (for at least 45 minutes) when they reach 4:30 hours of continuous driving.
- Analyzing Geographic Stops: Monitoring and holding drivers accountable when the truck stops for 8 hours outside the approved geographical area, and documenting the justifications.
- Reducing Operational Waste: Processing notifications of the engine being left idle during the truck's 11-hour stoppage, and immediately contacting the system administrator to address the violation.
- Managing Technical Outages: Immediately reporting and escalating issues to the system administrator via email if the truck's location updates are interrupted for extended periods. Second: Operational Guidance and Geographic Monitoring
- Spatial Monitoring: Continuous tracking of the system map to monitor driving behavior, identify truck stop locations, and track the movement of handling platforms.
- Route Deviation Management: Monitoring any deviation from the approved route, verifying the causes (such as security directives or road closures), and documenting this in operational logs.
- Dynamic Fleet Routing: Rerouting tankers between branches for unloading operations based on indicators of shortages or low fuel levels, and according to direct instructions from the Operations Manager.
- Proactive Warning Management: Immediately disseminating weather or security warnings to the driver fleet on the roads to enable them to take necessary protective measures.
- Branch Flow Management: Accurately recording and managing queues during tanker unloading (arrival, entry, and exit times) and maintaining daily records to ensure smooth operations..
