Job Description
MUMTALAKAT is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support contract preparation, review, administration, and management.
The role is responsible for compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and contractual requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and related contractual documentation.
- Monitor contract terms, obligations, renewals, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Support negotiations, amendments, renewals, and related contract activities.
- Identify and escalate potential contractual risks and issues.
