Role overview
Parsons is seeking a Contracts Manager to join a multidisciplinary Delivery Partner team supporting a major infrastructure development in the Kingdom.
The role connects project delivery and financial viability through management of complex, high-value contract portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Administer FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KSA law.
- Manage risks, variations, change orders, claims, disputes, contract interpretation, and commercial negotiations.
- Direct contract management activities, implement commercial strategies, and coordinate with procurement and project stakeholders.
- Support budgets, forecasts, cost analysis, contingency planning, and reporting for senior management.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Law.
- At least 12 years of commercial and/or contracts management experience across multiple construction sectors.
- Knowledge of cost and commercial management, procurement, contract principles, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution skills.
