Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior contracts management role within the construction industry is required.
- Extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, procurement, risk management, and cost control is required.
- Demonstrated expertise managing commercial risks, contractual disputes, and regulatory compliance is required.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience delivering high-value projects are required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, organisational, and analytical skills are required.
- Proficiency in JobPac, Microsoft Office, and project management software is required.
