Description & Requirements
- Our Graduate Program – Commercial & Contracts is a dynamic two-year journey designed to accelerate your professional development and provide you with real-world experience. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various business areas and the chance to rotate across different functions to broaden your skills.
As a Graduate, you will have
Ongoing support from a Divisional Contracts Manager and Graduate buddy.
Receive ongoing development through structured Learning & Development modules, workshops, and courses.
Benefit from regular catch-ups with the Graduate Team and the chance to network with peers at our annual Graduate Forum.
Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.
Through completion of the program, graduates will
Understand the scope and commercial responsibilities of the Contracts function.
Learn to interpret and apply head contract and subcontract terms.
Understand and contribute to the procurement and subcontracting process.
Support and manage subcontractor performance and compliance.
Learn to identify, assess and administer variations and claims.
Understand cost control, payment processes and commercial reporting.
Build professional communication and negotiation skills.
What you’ll bring
Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s) in Australia within the following areas: Business, Commerce, Law or Construction Management.
