Contract-based Commercial Contracts Attorney role focused on M&A diligence and transactional documentation.
The position supports high-stakes M&A deals by providing legal analysis for informed decision-making.

Compensation
- Payout is $90-$100 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial contracts, including service, licensing, and supply agreements, for M&A diligence.
- Identify and assess material risks, liabilities, and compliance issues in transactional documentation.
- Prepare diligence reports summarizing findings and recommendations for legal and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to address diligence findings and support deal execution.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the diligence process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with experience in commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing complex legal documents and identifying key risks.
- Experience conducting due diligence in M&A or similar transactional contexts.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports and communicating findings.
