Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to support a nationally recognised portfolio of hospitality, food, beverage, and entertainment venues.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to manage vendor compliance, contract administration, commercial documentation, and day-to-day operational processes.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys staying organised, working through a high volume of tasks, and being surrounded by a busy and collaborative team.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build commercial knowledge, and gain exposure to a large national account while working alongside experienced professionals who can support your growth.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
To support your growth, this position will initially be based from our Sydney CBD office, conveniently located close to public transport, cafés, and local amenities.
Following onboarding, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, operating during standard business hours Monday to Friday.
