Role Overview
- The Contracts Administrator role supports the MPLBV Program, responsible for contract administration, logistics, inventory management, and distribution of protective gear across the statewide policing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake project and contract related administrative duties in collaboration with CIAMU team members and stakeholders.
- Deliver high quality customer service, inventory management, data analysis, financial record keeping including budget monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
- Adhere to best practice Project Management principles to support the Program’s business needs.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
- ASO3 $71,589 $76,033 per annum.
About the Unit
- The Contracts, Impound & Armoury Unit within SAPOL’s Physical Assets Services Branch manages asset related contracts, vehicle seizures, impound facilities, and central Armoury functions.
