Your expertise will be crucial in managing controlled documents, presenting Security Awareness Training, and investigating security incidents, all while contributing to the advancement of our projects.

on the job:

• Assist with the preparation of security plans, reviewing applicable guidelines, and established procedures for all areas of security including Personnel Security, Information Security, Physical/Technical Security, Classification Management, Communication Security (COMSEC), and Program Security.
• Security management and operations: maintain a secure environment to facilitate the successful development and execution of classified programs at the assigned organization where classified information is stored, accessed, or where accessed personnel are assigned. Enforce strict adherence to applicable laws as well as national DoD, and other security policies and requirements.
• Support “day-to-day” Personnel Security (PERSEC) actions for the facility and organization for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
• Maintain accountability of controlled documents and media to include active inventory lists, destruction receipts and transfer of documentation.
• Present Security Awareness Training and Education (SATE) briefings.
• Investigate security incidents and violations; prepare reports of investigations for the corporation and customers, making specific recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
