- U.S. Citizenship Status is Required, as this position requires an Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance as of Day One of Employment
- Minimum of 10 years of Industrial Security experience
- Understanding of DoD, IC, and SAP manuals
- Expertise in Program Security, Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security and Document Control/Accountability and COMSECInitiative to identify requirements, analyze problems and provide detailed solutions
- Ability to be self-driven and lead by example
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Flexible work hours and availability for some travel
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) with DoD 8140 certification
- Experience with physical construction of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs); ICD 705 knowledge
- Experience with access control and alarm Intrusion Detection and Surveillance systems; UL-2050 knowledge
- Experience with generating DD-254s and sub-contractor oversight
- Experience with developing Program Protection Plans (PPP), OPSEC plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- A drug screen will be required as part of the hiring process
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government (TS//SCI and/or SAP) security clearance required
- Background Check: Candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment will be subject to a background check.
