Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)

Must be a US Citizen with a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a polygraph.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IC and DoD security experience showing increasing levels of responsibility. Plus experience with SCIF management as either a CPSO or in a supporting role. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of NISPOM, SAP, SCI, and related security regulations.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Scattered Castle, DISS, NBIS, NISS, Talon, and other security related databases.

Experience with and understanding of DD 254’s.

Must be a team player, confident in your ability and able to contribute to the overall growth of the security team.

Strong understanding of the security procedures and security clearance process and ability to resolve security and/or clearance problems effectively.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of management.

Experience as a COMSEC Manager or maintaining COMSEC accounts.

A self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of working multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining the ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Completion of Government Launch Security training program.

Experience developing and executing program protection strategies for existing and developing NISP, SAR, and/or SCI programs.

Experience with SCIF construction and ICD 705 Technical Specification.

Ability to manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.
