Contractor Program Manager, GEOINT Ground Programs

NGA's ground GEOINT programs run on a steady flow of acquisition, business operations, and financial management support, and the people delivering that support need a single leader who owns the program end to end. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to lead a 100+ person team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency across its GEOINT ground portfolio, with work performed at NGA Washington (Springfield, VA), NGA St. Louis, and other NGA sites as directed.

You will be the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office, responsible for directing, managing, and administering every task under the contract so that program activities finish within budget and on schedule. Your day-to-day work centers on performance, financial reporting and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications, including the subcontractor portion of the team. You will keep the Contracting Officer's Representative and Government Program Manager informed, especially on significant risks and issues and the plans to resolve them, and you will own the timely and compliant delivery of all CDRLs. This is a designated Key Personnel position with a 12 month commitment from contract award.

Bachelor's degree in any field

10+ years of program management experience managing projects within the Department of War. This requirement is firm. Intelligence Community experience outside the Department of War does not substitute for it, and it cannot be met through education or certifications.

Experience leading programs of similar size and scope, including managing subcontractors

Active TS/SCI clearance. If you have not completed a Counterintelligence-scope polygraph within the last five years, you will need to schedule and complete one within 90 days as a condition of assignment.

Master's or PhD in a business-related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable certification
