Job Summary
Support daily reporting, payer and client setup, and maintenance of client-specific keys and certificates.
Work across client operations, reporting, configuration, and data analysis activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Liaise with business analysts and internal or external clients to ensure needs are understood.
- Write SQL queries and execute stored procedures for data analysis and research.
- Execute scheduled reports and deliver them to internal users.
- Maintain configurations for new and existing customers.
- Produce supporting documentation for internal and external customers.
- Meet productivity targets, delivery schedules, and defined quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience is required.
- Six months to one year of experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, and stored procedures is required.
- Solid Microsoft desktop skills and effective communication are required.
- Testing skills, daily operations experience, and user setup and maintenance experience are required.
