Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers across the UAE.
- Obtain competitive rates, special offers, promotions, and value-added benefits.
- Manage cancellation policies, payment conditions, allotments, and other commercial terms.
- Identify and develop relationships with new hotels and potential suppliers.
- Monitor market rates and competitor offers.
- Review contracts and accurately document agreed commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams on supplier conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant contracting experience within a DMC, tour operator, or travel company.
- Strong experience in hotel contracting and supplier management.
- Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and tourism market.
- Ability to understand rates, mark-ups, contract conditions, cancellation policies, allotments, and payment terms.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel Pivot Tables and filtering.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts, meet deadlines, make quick decisions, and work under pressure.
- Availability to work during peak seasons when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in the UAE is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with UAE hotels and tourism suppliers are highly preferred.
- Experience with contracting, reservation, or tourism management systems is preferred.
- Additional languages, especially Russian, are an advantage.
