UmrahBookings seeks a Contracting Director to lead hotel contracting strategy, expand the hotel network, and build a high-performing team in Jeddah. Reporting to the CEO, the role requires 10+ years of senior hospitality experience, strong negotiation skills, and a network in the Saudi hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's hotel contracting strategy in line with business objectives
- Work closely with the CEO to define expansion plans and supplier acquisition strategies
- Build and lead a high performing Contracting Department with clear KPIs and performance management
- Establish and maintain executive level relationships with hotel owners, operators, and key decision makers
- Negotiate exclusive commercial agreements and competitive hotel rates
- Expand UmrahBookings' hotel portfolio across Makkah, Madinah, and other strategic destinations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contracting Managers and Contracting Executives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning
- Create efficient contracting processes and operational standards
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Analyse supplier performance and identify growth opportunities
- Present commercial reports and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of senior experience within the hospitality industry, including hotel contracting and commercial leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading contracting teams and managing large hotel portfolios
- Strong network within the Saudi hospitality sector, particularly in Makkah and Madinah
- Proven ability to negotiate high value commercial agreements
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is highly desirable
