Role Overview
The Contract Specialist reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts and agreements for technology and services.
The role ensures compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least three years of contract management or related experience involving technology and service agreements.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and technology services compliance frameworks.
