Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements for technology and services.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and stakeholder alignment.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote work from anywhere.
Compensation and Engagement
- Contract position paying $80-$100 per hour.
- The role supports standardized and scalable contract processes in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract issues.
- Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least three years of contract management or related experience with technology and service agreements.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and technology-services compliance frameworks.
