Role Overview
Review, draft, and negotiate technology and services contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and service agreements.
- Align agreements with business needs and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least three years of contract management or related experience involving technology and service agreements.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and technology-services compliance frameworks.
