Payout
- Compensation is $80 to $100 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements to align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.
- Ensure contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management or a related role, including technology and service agreements.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks relevant to technology services.
