Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
Experience recruiting with a manufacturing industry preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of human resource disciplines including human performance, and federal and state employment laws preferred.
Strong background in full-cycle recruiting.
Proven record of filling requisitions in a timely manner with quality candidates.
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
