The Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to join the team as a part-time Contract Proposal Manager.

Responsibilities
- Proposal Management Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and objectives. Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create compelling proposal content. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant collateral. Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission.

- Contract Management Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements. Work closely with the legal advisor to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Maintain an organized database of contracts, including renewal dates and key terms. Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates and processes.
