Contract Program Manager, CTG Task Order

Astrion is seeking a Contract Program Manager to provide senior leadership for a major DoW business-unit program supporting the AIR FORCE customer.

This role is responsible for overall contract execution, operational leadership, financial performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and growth across a large program supporting approximately 300 full-time employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of government contracting experience supporting AIR FORCE, DoD, or similar federal customers.
• 5+ years leading programs, portfolios, or P&L operations.
• Experience managing $15M–$50M+ programs.
• Experience leading large distributed teams (75+ personnel preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M).
• Proven experience managing staffing, subcontractors, risk, cost, schedule, and customer relationships.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Master's degree.
• Prior AIR FORCE program leadership.
• PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA certification.
• Capture/proposal leadership experience.
• CPARS, award-fee, QA, and subcontract management experience.
• Experience standing up new programs and leading organizational change.
