CAMH is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Contract Manager
CAMH sits on a 27-acre site which has been redeveloped in accordance with its Master Plan over a 25-year period.
Three phases of redevelopment have been completed/ occupied, namely Phases 1A, 1B & 1C.
The fourth and final phase (Phase 1D) of redevelopment is underway.
See below a breakdown of the phases:
Reporting to the Director Facilities, you will provide contract management leadership and strategic oversight, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and value in support of CAMH’s core business of patient care.
This will include accountability for the effective management of key contracts and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations, performance standards, service levels, financial commitments, and organizational requirements are consistently achieved.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to manage the contract lifecycle, proactively address risks and performance issues, resolve contractual matters, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of contracted services.
The Contract Manager will support the Director of Facilities and work collaboratively with the in-house facilities team to advance and achieve the goals of the Facilities Management and Support Services Portfolio.
