Role Context
The Contract Manager will work with procurement, commercial, legal, technical, and project management teams.
The role ensures pre-contract activities are structured, compliant, and aligned with project objectives, timelines, and governance requirements.
Main Duties
- Lead and manage pre-contract activities for the LRT project through procurement and tendering stages.
- Support contract strategies, packaging approaches, procurement routes, and tender plans.
- Prepare and review tender documentation, contract conditions, pricing schedules, bid forms, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate technical, procurement, and project teams on complete and consistent tender documentation.
- Review contract forms, commercial structures, pricing mechanisms, and risk allocation strategies.
- Review tender submissions and support bid evaluations, tender reports, and award recommendations.
- Lead tender clarifications, commercial discussions, and pre-award negotiations.
