- Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre award to post award and contract closeout
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and legal requirements
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Manage contract amendments, variations, change orders, and extensions of time
- Prepare, evaluate, and respond to contractual correspondence and notices
- Support procurement and tendering activities, including bid evaluations and contract award recommendations
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual obligations
- Administer claims, disputes, and contract related issues in coordination with legal and project teams
- Provide contractual guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders
- Maintain contract documentation, records, and reporting systems
- Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction, infrastructure, facilities management, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of contract administration principles and commercial management
- Experience with FIDIC contracts and international contracting standards
- FIDIC Certified Contract Manager is a Plus
- PMP, CFM & FMP (Facility Management Professional)
- MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
