What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineering activities, managing changing priorities, tracking job progress and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
You'll work closely with engineers to confirm availability and completion dates, while also maintaining accurate records and updating schedules as requirements change.
Providing excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do, with a focus on resolving issues quickly, handling complaints professionally and ensuring customers remain informed throughout their journey.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone with previous experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar administrative role, ideally within the gas, energy, repairs, maintenance or wider service delivery sector.
You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders alike.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, along with a calm and professional approach when dealing with changing demands or challenging situations.

Salary: £27,976 per annum
