Role overview
AECOM is hiring a Contract Administrator IV for complex contract administration and compliance work in its infrastructure business.
The role operates under limited supervision and may provide guidance to junior contract administrators or serve as a team lead and subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review administration and compliance activities for complex industrial, commercial, and government contracts.
- Coordinate contract matters involving multiple entities and further legal reviews.
- Set project deadlines and work under limited supervision.
- Assist with negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Provide outsourcing recommendations and guidance to Level I and II contract administrators.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- At least 12 years of progressive contract administration experience is required.
- Substantial experience supporting major rail or infrastructure projects is required.
