Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or Workforce Management
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, MS Excel, and reporting tools
  • Strong documentation and record management skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer manpower contracts from initiation to completion
  • Process and track manpower requests and recruitment activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and recruitment agencies
  • Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and reports
  • Monitor recruitment progress and workforce requirements
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures
