Contract Administrator

• At least 4+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of MTO or municipal projects. • Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator on at least two (2) previous projects. • P.Eng. or OACETT C.Tech. or CET with rcca designation is required. • Must have completed the MTO TLT-131 Advanced Issues Resolution course after October 2019. • Familiarity with MTO’s CMS system. • Preparing various internal/external reports and other status reports to client. • Review of contractor submissions (critical path schedules, field changes, monthly payment certificates etc.) for compliance with contractual obligations. • Respond to public complaints as requested by the Owner. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Proven analytical and negotiation skills. • Previous experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D would be considered an asset. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to construction site. • Able to work overtime on weekends and nights as required. • The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.

This job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization. The salary range for this role is between $80K to $120K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
