Job Duties: The Contract Administrator serves as portions of the Midlands Region Division of the Permanency Division Contract Administration team. Manages a regional process for the procurement of therapeutic services and obtains authorization for payment in accordance with DSS, State Procurement and DHHS requirements and procedures. Completes Select Health Notification forms, and send to MCO/CPA for all TFC admissions, change in LOC, change in provider and annual continued stay reviews. Issues DHHS RBHS authorization for non MCO enrolled youth. Enters residential services in CAPSS to generate the EZ100 form for all therapeutic placements, and email EZ100 to residential provider via email. Issues special pay in CAPSS to residential providers and research and issue recoupments for over payments. In depth research and resolution to other placement and payment discrepancies. Resolves Medicaid eligibility issues with Statewide Medicaid Liaison, resolve billing issues for providers. Prepares and disseminates regional reports as needed or requested. Completes placement changes for all LOC in CAPSS, to include Emergency Placements. Completes file fixes for CWS staff as needed. Serves as back up to regional contract assistant. Completes other related job duties as requested. Enters Emergency Placement Incentive Information including linking EPI forms and forwarding forms to State Finance for processing payment. Ensures that Personal Identifying Information (PII) is properly use, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed. Protects the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data. Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.

Position Duties
- High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience in business management, public administration or administrative services. Associate Degree or higher may be substituted for the required work experience.
