Role Overview
Embraer is seeking a proactive Contract Administrator for its defense aftermarket organization.
The role oversees contract management, compliance, financial performance, stakeholder coordination, and customer communications.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the contract management process across the full contract lifecycle.
- Ensure contractual compliance, timely milestone delivery, and alignment with revenue, cost, and gross-margin targets.
- Monitor and control contract financial performance, including forecasting and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers to promote collaboration and transparency.
- Conduct risk analysis, identify early warnings, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage customer communications clearly and professionally to support customer satisfaction.
Profile of Suitable Candidate
- Degree in business management, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Arabic and/or Portuguese language skills are advantageous.
- Proven experience administering complex contracts, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Solid understanding of contractual frameworks, financial metrics, and project execution.
- Strong communication, leadership, situational management, organization, and planning capabilities.
- Flexibility, sense of urgency, customer-centricity, and the ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of defense markets and Embraer products is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with PMBOK, Salesforce, SAP, and/or Microsoft Copilot is highly desirable.
- Availability for international travel on short notice.
